Shrimp ceviche tacos with mango salsa, lobster corn dogs with ginger remoulade, short rib grilled cheese, and for dessert, pretzel encrusted peanut butter mouse covered in chocolate with a scoop of maple bacon ice cream. Not pictured: the "off the beet'n path" cocktail with hibiscus salt.

Shrimp dumpling with veggies in clear broth.

On April 8th Matt and I had Kaiseki at Chiyo restaurant here in Chicago. I was having too much fun to remember to take pictures of all the food, and only managed to snap one course and the lamp above our table. Everything was quite tasty, though. :)
