I hate to toot my own horn, but this stir-fry I made was amazing. I'm going to make it again soon. I didn't measure any of the ingredients, but it goes pretty much as follows:
Heat pan, add olive oil. Saute chopped garlic for 1 minute.
Chop bunch of chinese broccoli into 2-3 inch long pieces, rinse under cold water.
Heat chinese broccoli for 5 minutes under high. (Yes, hot oil + wet chinese broccoli = oil splatters, so be careful!)
Add hoison sauce, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, chopped ginger, chopped red thai peppers, or whatever else is in your fridge.
Reduce heat, cook for 5 more minutes. Towards the end, add shrimp.
Season with black pepper.
