One of my favorite Vietnamese dishes is spring rolls (or summer rolls). They're fresh and they feel light (except when you eat 10 of them). I usually prefer that mom roll them for me because she's just so much better at it, and okay, I can be a little lazy when it comes to food, but sitting around the table with the family preparing them together is a great way to bond.
