April 10, 2008 - I've been eating higher carb this week and this typical NutriSystem snack is very high in carbs and low in protein.
breakfast - scrambled eggs (3 whites, 1 whole) and turkey bacon

February 20, 2009 - Three eggs whites plus one whole egg and three strips of turkey bacon. I put a little sugar free maple syrup on it. Yummy and healthy.
