In case the exclamation marks in the title didn't give it away, I'm going to explicitly reveal that I'm a cheesecake fanatic.

My friend, Amy, knows this and she's an excellent cook & baker who's always looking for new things to try making. So she surprised me with a New York Cheesecake (quite possibly my favorite style and a type that she's never made before) and I went over at lunch today to get a slice.

It was delicious!!!

I still totally suck at food photography, which is why I decided to practice it today. Could have used more setup for this, but the anticipation of eating the slice was driving me mad!! :-D
