Cheddar Green Onion Biscuit

Another "pretty enough to take a picture of" food items.
I love the Red Tractor cheddar scallion biscuits and I used the "How To Cook Everything" cookbook and used the yogurt biscuit recipe and then added a good half cup of grated cheddar and nearly a third of a cup of chopped scallions. I used the minimum amount of butter and it turned out very, very nicely.
Rich enough without being cloying, and I just used all purposed unbleached flour, and it was still pretty tender and flaky and crisp on the outside. Yum.
