I've had a really good bank holiday. It's because I've been incredibly selfish and done things for me, but it feels like I haven't done that in a long time.
Baked me some muffins this afternoon. A few too many for me too eat so I'll not be selfish and share them around, but I do like baking. Especially my recipe of muffins, just bung it all in the food processor and let it do all the work!
Recipe is very simple.
Butter
Caster Sugar
4 Eggs
Flour
Baking Powder
Good quality drinking chocolate (i use Green & Blacks)
Chocolate chips (Only I didn't have any!)
Good quality dark chocolate cut into squares to go in the centre of the muffins.
Blend it all together, bake and done!
