cilla & i have been talking about going to dinner at food glorious food for about a month now. she's leaving for japan on thursday so we decided to make it happen this week.
basically, i really love the idea of this picture but i hate the execution of it. she's standing right under the light, which is great because then half of her face isn't shadowed, but then the shadow ends up on her neck, and that is really frustrating. i should have told her to turn her head, i just didn't see it at the time.
plus, we really just wanted a picture of the open kitchen with the cute cooks and waiters. but they all disappeared :( nonetheless, it was a great dinner (i got salmon & potato quesadillas! i know, it sounds crazy but it's actually the most amazing thing ever), and such a good gift to spend time with her.
