Description of work: ""The 16th-century kitchen gardens (jardins potages) at Villandry in France's Loire Valley provided the inspiration for COPIA's design. The approach to the center is along a tree-lined allée flanked by a canal. This axis intersects a 355-foot long fieldstone wall, which forms the entry threshold to the principal public spaces of the building and is emblematic of the historic connection of the center to the agricultural and viticultural products that it celebrates."" www.copia.org/content/node/328
